The My Sleep Tracker app lets you log your sleep-related information and simplifies computing sleep summary data (metrics). This app does not provide medical recommendations about sleep. Please contact a licensed professional sleep therapist or doctor to review your sleep information so they can use their training to interpret the data and recommend the steps needed to address sleep problems.

The sleep metrics and analyses computed by My Sleep Tracker are particularly useful for cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (also known as CBTI). CBTI has been proven to be one of the most effective nondrug strategies to address insomnia. If you have an underlying medical, physiological problem that needs to be addressed (like sleep apnea) consider consulting a sleep M.D. If insomnia is the primary issue, consider working with a licensed professional sleep therapist trained in CBTI.
